Wednesday's Ride

It's definitely becoming a weekly thing. Cyndi and I meet after work for some singletrack cruising at Rosaryville. She is quickly becoming hooked, and with the recent addition of a set of clipless pedals, I'd say I've got a real crisis on my hands.



That's right, all you guys that fear your wife will take up the very sport you most cherish because it gives you time "away" with the boys. I guess I'm not too worried about that. It's not like there is some secret strip club out in the woods that we all stop at for some dollar bill action on a ride. We're not trying to make a 4 foot putt while some stripper straddles the cup on #14 green at the Country Club. (Golfers, you know what I'm talking about. And exactly what kind of charity are you playing for anyway?) Just good dirty fun out on the trails, something we both look forward to. A little time away from, "Do you want to make their lunches or do you want me to?".
Plus, we get to enjoy a healthy meal in a quality establishment afterward...
