"A Boy Named Sue"

Riding a mountain bike is tough. You have to be in decent shape to enjoy it. Perseverence comes into play, especially on a 4 hour jaunt through the mountains. Many first timers become last timers because of this. It ain't paint ball...show up, pay you money and shoot away. That's where The Man in Black comes in.
Johnny Cash's A Boy Named Sue is about a boy whose Pa' named him Sue before he left him so he'd grow up tough. What, without Daddy around he figured his son would turn out to be a real pansy. I played baseball with a kid named Dana and he was what we refered to as a 'bad ass'. So maybe there is something to that backwoods logic Pa' handed down to his boy, Sue. Me? I'm not falling for it. Our girls have girl names. And to toughen 'em up a bit, I'll show them what lives under logs and get their tires on dirt as soon as possible.
